A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A very easy to drink Bordeaux wine, supple and round, with a nice fruity and aromatic bouquet. Tannins are silky and velvety on the palate and come underline fruity aromas.
Suggested Pairings: roast duck, cornish hens, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, pork chops and soft cheeses such as Morbier, Camembert and Gouda.
